Account Information
For parents, when you create an account, we collect your email address to send a one-time password (OTP) for verification. If the email is new in our database, we prompt you to fill in your basic details like your name, date of birth and contact number. If the email already exists, you will be directed to your dashboard. You may also choose to set a password for easier login in the future. For therapists,You will be login to the mobile application with the credentials provided by the associated centers. If you are parent, you can use your personal email address.
Health and Therapy Data
Therapists and therapy centers may upload reports, notes, or progress updates related to your therapy sessions. This information is collected only to provide therapy-related services. Parents may upload the documents and fill up the forms created by therapists and therapy centers as per required. This information will only be shared to the associated therapists and therapy centers.
App Usage Information
We may collect information about how you use the app, including device details, IP address, and log data, to improve performance and security.

If you contact us through forms within the app, we collect the data you enter to respond to your request.
